Workshops & Special Events

April began by slowing things down. I taught a 90 minute restorative yoga workshop at The Sussex Country Yurt in Warnham. The intention behind this workshop was to give ourselves time and space to rest and restore. I love the value of restorative yoga and also the many forms in which rest and relaxation can be obtained. It was a beautiful sunny spring day and the sunshine and daffodils made it the perfect setting to practice yoga. The next restorative workshop will take place in June, find information here.

The very first HAPPY YOGA HOUR took place on Sunday 23rd April. This was something a bit different, it was still yoga but with a little fun spin. For the full write up click here.

Wellbeing Festival

On Sunday 30th April, I went to the Wellbeing festival in London with my lovely friend Rachel. We had a little wonder around the festival before going to a workshop led by the inspiring Kyle Gray. Go check out what Kyle is all about here. The 2 hour workshop included sacred ceremony, meditation and a conversation on angels and the importance of being connected to the earth. Kyle has a very approachable and clear message about spiritual practice and he had us laughing with his fun and lighthearted stories. Sometimes when we start to talk about spirituality it can feel a little heavy, but Kyle was able to make it feel light and easy. Thanks Kyle!
