Wellness hacks for when life is hard

We all have those days, where life throws you a curve ball and things don't seem to work out "perfectly" (yuk...that word...) which can leave your energy low and you feeling rather deflated. Well...here's my Taylor Swift attempt to, shake it off!!! (*rolls eyes* sorry....)
Breathe
But I'm talking about when we breathe those deep, long, conscious breaths. The ones that fill your belly and warm your heart.
Sit with it
Allow space and time for feelings to bubble up. Often are coping mechanisms when things get tough is to escape, numb and abandon our reality. If we do this all the time, this can lead to us bottling up of our feelings. If you can, breathe and sit with it. Acknowledge it, then let it go.
Talk
I'm completely regurgitating self-help books, advice, wisdom and guidance from everyone and anyone on this one, so let this be a reminder. We all know this works, chat over coffee, wine, whatever, just get it out. And feel lighter and brighter.
Yoga

Stop Comparing Yourself to Other People
That's it - stop it right now. I see you....I mean it. JUST STOP.
We are all uniquely beautiful beings who are MEANT to be different. Plus do we really know what other peoples life's are really like anyway... No, that's what I thought, so comparison has no weight or true importance.
